The ideal project management
Construction projects require the use of modern and complex management methods, as these tie up resources and generate conflict potential. Such projects must therefore be planned with foresight and coordinated transparently and cooperatively with those involved in the project. During planning and construction, lean+agile methods provide support in order to be able to react quickly and easily to changes. Project management is a holistic approach to goal-oriented project execution. It forces all those involved to think in an interdisciplinary way, to act as a team and, last but not least, to make goal-oriented decisions that can only be made on the basis of reliable facts.
