Company brochure 05.2022 - New working - we do it.
For us, new ways of working mean recognising change, using the potential it offers and having the courage to actively help shape the conditions. From the very beginning, we have relied on our employees: Strengthening personalities, promoting professional competence, curiosity to try things out. Be it working time models, home office and, of course, new project management methods in our core business. After all, any tool is only as good as the person who uses it.
Corporate broschure 04.2017 Together in front for 20 years.
This year we turn 20 - a reason to celebrate. Today, 55 employees work for our office at four locations across Germany. Since then, we have realised over 300 projects of various types and sizes. For more than 160 clients and with an investment volume of around €13 billion. Figures are certainly a good way of making developments tangible. However, numbers cannot tell us anything about how we got there. But it is precisely the "how" that seems decisive to us.

Project management manual – construction management
A practical guideline with numerous tools and working templates on CD-ROM (available in German only)
The complexity of construction projects requires the use of modern management methodology. In this practical manual construction management is looked at comprehensively and holistically, following the project flow. Besides technical, these particularly include economical and legal aspects of a project.
Renovate - but do it right!
The theatre landscape in Germany is unique. It is a cultural asset that is particularly worthy of protection and preservation. Would a guideline for a contemporary implementation of refurbishment measures for cultural properties be a revolutionary idea here? In his lecture at the DTHG symposium in the Frankfurt Opera House and printed in the BTR special volume, section "Architecture & Space" of the Bühnentechnische Rundschau, our colleague Rainer Münz highlights the special importance of the so-called performance phase 0 in a new building or renovation project.
Well planned is half won
Construction projects require the use of modern and complex management methods, otherwise resources are tied up and conflict potential is created. It is therefore advisable to plan projects with foresight and to coordinate them transparently and cooperatively with those involved. Our project managers Sebastian Göb and Robert Schmorleitz present guidelines for what they consider to be ideal project management in the 2019 Bühnentechnische Rundschau special issue, section "Bau & Betrieb".
User-oriented demand planning
The theatre landscape in Germany is unique. It is a cultural asset that is particularly worthy of protection and preservation. What does this mean? More than 70 years after the end of the war, when destroyed theatres were rebuilt and new theatres were built, we are experiencing an intensive phase of renovation and new construction of theatres in all regions. Cultural buildings are a speciality for all those responsible for the renovation and/or renewal of a theatre. From an urban planning point of view, they have an outstanding significance for a formative cityscape.

The ideal project management
Construction projects require the use of modern and complex management methods, as these tie up resources and generate conflict potential. Such projects must therefore be planned with foresight and coordinated transparently and cooperatively with those involved in the project. During planning and construction, lean+agile methods provide support in order to be able to react quickly and easily to changes. Project management is a holistic approach to goal-oriented project execution. It forces all those involved to think in an interdisciplinary way, to act as a team and, last but not least, to make goal-oriented decisions that can only be made on the basis of reliable facts.
