BMP Baumanagement GmbH has a whistleblower system. It not only serves to combat corruption, but also tracks all violations of German or European law.

If you become aware of legal violations at our company, you have the option of reporting them either via an internal or external reporting channel, whereby we guarantee the confidentiality of your identity.

All reports of violations are documented so that the necessary follow-up measures can be traced. You can submit your report verbally or in writing and specify whether you wish to remain anonymous. We will confirm receipt of the report within seven days and report back within three months as to what action has been taken. If you become aware of legal violations, your information will help us to avert serious disadvantages for our company, our employees, our business partners and the general public.
